The challenge
Sales, stock and cash were tracked by hand across several branches. The owner could not see what was sold or what was missing without being there, and closing the day took hours.
What we built
We set up ShopOS for them: one system for every branch, with quick selling for waiters and cashiers, a kitchen menu, stock that moves with every sale, staff sign in by card or password, approvals, and live reports the owner checks from a phone. It now runs their daily trade.
What it does
- Selling with bills per table and per waiter
- Stock that updates with every sale, with transfers between branches
- Cash, card and mobile money, each payment code used once only
- Staff sign in by card or password, attendance and approval cards
- Expenses, debts and end of day reports
- Products uploaded straight from a spreadsheet
- Keeps selling offline and catches up when the internet returns
