The owner wanted the control of a big system without the cost or the training time: every sale recorded, every staff member accountable, and room to add more businesses later.
What we built
We shaped a system around how the lounge works: quick selling, receipts that print automatically, staff sign in with cards, approvals on cards, job applications from the website, and offline selling for when the network drops.
