ShopOS questions
Do I need a computer?
No. ShopOS works on an ordinary Android phone. A tablet or computer at the counter helps in busy places, but it is not required.
What if the internet goes off?
Selling continues. Sales are kept on the device and sync by themselves when the connection returns.
Can I use it for more than one shop?
Yes. Each shop has its own stock, staff and cash drawer, and you see them all together.
Can my staff steal through the system?
Every sale, void, discount and stock change is recorded with a name and time, and the big ones need approval. It is much harder to hide anything.
