The challenge
Delegates registered through a form. Each needed a personal invitation letter and an invoice, and preparing and emailing them one by one was slow and easy to get wrong.
What we built
We built senders that read the registrations, create a personal invitation and invoice for each delegate from the official templates, email them, and record what was sent. They skip anyone already done or listed twice, send in batches within the daily email limit, and send invoice follow ups.
What it does
- Personal invitation letters from the official template
- Personal invoices with follow ups
- Status, time, document link and any error recorded for each delegate
- Skips delegates already sent and duplicate emails
- Sends in batches and stops safely at the daily limit
