The challenge
In an emergency, people lose minutes finding the right number, and the right responder may not even hear about it. Institutions had no shared way to receive, route and follow up emergencies.
What we built
We built a mobile app for users and responders and a web dashboard for institutions. A report goes to the right responders by institution, emergency type and distance. They claim it, chat with the person, follow their location live and resolve it. People without the app can ask for help by SMS, USSD or a call, and the app gives immediate safety guidance while help is on the way.

- Responders claim, respond and resolve, with escalation if nobody does
- Live chat with text, photos and voice notes
- Live location on a map while the emergency is active
